Dell PowerEdge Server Support & Post-Warranty Maintenance
When a Dell PowerEdge fleet moves past warranty or ProSupport renewal, the usual choice is an expensive renewal or a premature refresh. Kelri provides independent, engineer-led maintenance that keeps healthy PowerEdge servers in production safely — hardware diagnostics, replacement-part coordination, and lifecycle planning without an OEM lifecycle calendar dictating the decision.
What Kelri supports
- Remote hardware diagnostics and fault isolation for PowerEdge rack, tower, blade, and modular platforms.
- Failed-component identification across CPU, memory, drives, controllers, power supplies, and I/O.
- Replacement-component coordination against the verified part number and configuration.
- PERC RAID and storage-controller diagnostics, including rebuild and degraded-array review.
- iDRAC, POST, and boot-sequence troubleshooting and hardware health review.
- Firmware-compatibility assessment using only legally available, properly licensed materials.
Infrastructure lifecycle benefits
- Extend the useful life of serviceable servers instead of refreshing on the OEM's schedule.
- Reduce maintenance spend on hardware that is still fit for its workload.
- Keep a single engineering relationship across a mixed-generation PowerEdge estate.

FAQ
Can Kelri support Dell PowerEdge servers after ProSupport or warranty expires?
Yes. Kelri provides independent post-warranty maintenance and hardware support for PowerEdge servers, subject to an assessment of the installed configuration and condition. We do not provide Dell-entitled firmware or software for which the customer is not licensed.
Which PowerEdge generations can you maintain?
Kelri supports a range of PowerEdge R, T, M, MX, FX, and C-Series platforms. The representative models listed are examples, not an exhaustive or guaranteed-coverage list — coverage for a specific environment is confirmed during assessment.
Do you dispatch an engineer to replace parts on-site?
Kelri is remote-first. On-site component replacement is coordinated through qualified field-service partners once the correct parts, access, and change controls are in place.
