Sources & Methodology
How Kelri determines and verifies the lifecycle information on this site, and where our independence begins and ends.
Where lifecycle dates come from
End-of-Availability (EOA), End-of-Life (EOL), and End-of-Service-Life (EOSL) dates referenced on this site are sourced from publicly available NetApp documentation and other public primary sources. Kelri does not publish OEM-confidential lifecycle data. Where a specific date is stated on a page, it is cited on that page's Sources section with the publisher, document, URL, and access date.
Independent and clean-room
Kelri is an independent, third-party support provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or partnered with NetApp, Inc. Our technical guidance is written independently using clean-room methods and public sources; we do not reproduce proprietary NetApp documentation, entitlement-only material, or internal case content.
How we verify and refresh
- Lifecycle dates are checked against the current public NetApp source before a page is published or materially updated.
- Each affected page records a visible “Last updated” date backed by the same source of truth that drives our sitemap.
- When a public source changes, we update the page, refresh its date, and re-cite the source.
- Technical claims are reviewed by a senior engineer before publication.
Corrections
If you believe a date or technical statement on this site is inaccurate, contact us and we will verify it against the public source and correct it if warranted. See our editorial and accuracy policy.
